Agility Robotics (AGLT) set to start Nasdaq trading Nov. 5

Digit maker Agility's SPAC merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI is expected to raise about $465 million before expenses, pending a Nov. 2 vote.

Agility Robotics, the Salem, Oregon, company behind the Digit humanoid, says it expects to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker AGLT on November 5, 2026. It is going public by merging with Churchill Capital Corp XI, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).

In an October 30 announcement, the companies said the deal is expected to raise about $465 million before transaction expenses: roughly $164 million left in Churchill XI's trust account after its redemption deadline, about $201 million from a stock sale to investors led by Foxconn at $10 a share, and $100 million in equity funding Agility has already received.

Churchill XI shareholders vote on the deal on November 2. If they approve it and other closing conditions are met, the merger is expected to close on November 4.

Agility has previously disclosed more than $300 million in committed multi-year orders for Digit 5, the version it unveiled on September 15. The company notes that the figure is potential value over several years, depends on contract milestones, and is not current revenue. It plans first deliveries to early-access customers in the first half of 2027 and general availability by the end of 2027.

Why it matters

Agility says it will be the only U.S.-listed pure-play humanoid company with active commercial deployments. As a public company it will have to file regular financial reports with the SEC, which should give outsiders real numbers on what humanoid robots cost to build and sell, beyond what demo videos show. Until the vote and closing, the deal can still change. We'll update this story after November 5.
